Craig Price, Owner
Mr. Price brings with him over 14 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry. He established Waypoint Landscape in 2017 and has been awarded multiple projects that have been successfully completed. Prior to that, Mr. Price served as Operations Manager for SLS Landscape, LLC in Galveston Texas for 12 years. As Operations Manager, Mr. Price oversaw projects ranging from $100,000 to over $2,000,000. Under his supervision, no project has ever been abandoned or failed to be completed.
Travis Laskowski, Project Manager
Mr. Laskowski brings with him over 16 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry. He has been with Waypoint Landscape since April 2018 and serves as the project manager. Prior to that, Mr. Laskowski served as Site Superintendent with Valley Crest Landscape, now operating as Brightview, for over 7 years. More recently, he spent over 8 years in the plant propagation industry.
Sharene Carr, Office Manager
Mrs. Carr brings with her over 30 years of office administration, accounting and human resource experience. She has been with Waypoint Landscape since July 2018 and serves as the office manager. Prior to that, Mrs. Carr worked with Atkins Global processing the pay applications for their subcontractors. More recently, along with her husband, she owned and operated Carr-Redwine, Inc. managing the day-to-day office, accounting and human resource duties.
Shelly Faulkner, Lead Estimator
Ms. Faulkner has been with Waypoint Landscape since January 2019 and serves as the lead estimator. Prior to that, Ms. Faulkner served as the office manager for a local physician, handling the finances and day-to-day operations of the business. She has over 15 years of Customer Service experience and over 6 years of Property Management experience.
Braian Gonzalez, Project Superintendent
Mr. Gonzalez brings with him 7 years of experience in the landscape, irrigation and concrete industry. He has been with Waypoint Landscape since 2019 and currently serves as a project superintendent. Prior to that, Mr. Gonzalez served as a crew leader with RNB Construction, Inc. Mr. Gonzalez’s attention to detail helps assure successful completion of Waypoint projects.
Tony Capps, Irrigation Manager
Mr. Capps brings with him over 20 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry. He has been with Waypoint Landscape since September 2020 and serves as the irrigation manager. Prior to that, Mr. Capps served as a grower and irrigation manager of commercial nurseries ranging in size from 75 – 500 acres.
Robert Bailey, Field Operations Manager
Mr. Bailey brings with him over 20 years in the construction industry and 2 years in the commercial landscape industry. He has been with Waypoint Landscape since September 2020 and serves as the operations field manager working hand-in-hand with the Waypoint project managers.
